Plan Trolleys

All Trolleys are front loading and freely mobile. They are supplied in flat packs and ready to assemble. Assembly instructions and hardware/parts are included. . Hanging Modules are usually of 3mm flat powdercoated steel whilst castors are heavy duty in black. Trolleys provide lower cost per sheet filing than any other form of filing. The Trolleys are built for the rigours of construction sites yet are equally at home in architectural and design offices.

Digital Measurers

Up to 91 built-in scales help you measure plans, blueprints, and maps for maximum versatility in architectural, engineering and civil/map scaling. Save up to 10 custom scales for calibrating out-of-scale plans and plan books. You can easily store a new scale permanently into the device for future use.

Measure area, line and arc lengths of irregular shaped objects on plans and maps.

Wall Racks

A plan filing mountable Wall Rack can be used if mobility of your plan filing system is not required. All wall mountable Plan Filing Racks are designed to efficiently, safely and securely hold your plan clamps containing your building plans, posters or any other documents or material

The wallmount bracket of each brand can hold all sizes plan clamps A0, B1, A1 and A2 individually or in mix of different sizes.

Draftex Plan Clamps

The Draftex Plan Clamp incorporates features which meet all of these requirements and more. The design uses three sections of aluminum extrusion. Two spring loaded side sections pivot from the central spine of the clamp and are spaced apart to allow ease of loading and to maintain constant clamping pressure whether fully or partly loaded. The carry handle is alloy and incorporates the front loading notch. Draftex Plan Clamps are the only ones to consider the important ergonomics of this handle placement. They are located for ease of placement and removal from the trolley and more importantly for balance in the users’ hand. A fully loaded A0 Clamp can hold over 8kg of paper. If a plan clamp handle is not located in a balanced position the leverage on a person’s hand and wrist can be extreme.
